In ballet/conditioning, students will be introduced to basic ballet fundamentals, including body alignment and basic positions of the feet & arms.  Students will work at the barre and center of the floor. Dancers will acquire basic turns, jumps, and leaps. In addition, dancers will condition.  Conditioning for dancers improves your technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body's core, while improving coordination, balance, and alignment and optimizing flexibility. Each level of ballet and conditioning is structured to be age appropriate and to provide more advanced training as the student is ready.
